An insightful and delightful interview, Marc. You’ve really come a long way over the years I’ve known you, and it’s been a pleasure watching you continue to expand both musically and professionally. I admire you immensely and getting to know you has been one of the highlights of my blogging experience.
On a side note, the challenges educators now face with the proliferation of AI must be daunting.
Thanks for the kind words, Jeff! Yes, the challenges are definitely daunting. As with everything these days, my biggest struggle is to bring everything back to a human (and humane) level. I think students (and people more broadly) are more likely to use AI when they think in terms of needing to create a “product” rather than wanting to connect with other people as human beings.
