Three years (almost to the day!) after I interviewed Greg Kane of Unlucky Mammals on this blog, we got together with my fellow DelCobra Nick Cervini to record a new tune of Greg’s called “Time Heals.” It’s one of several he plans to release in the relatively near future, so keep watching this space for updates. For now, I’ll just say that it’s always fun to have a few musicians over to my basement for a recording session, especially when they’re as talented and easygoing as Greg and Nick. We knocked out the basic track in a single take, and overdubs went just as smoothly.
